Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Psychologist to join our team as a contractor. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, teens, and adults and a deep understanding of psychological principles and assessment practices.
 

Duties

  • Conduct psychological assessments for ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, intellectual disabilities, learning disabilities, giftedness, mood and anxiety disorders, and/or capacity.

  • Collect, analyze, and maintain accurate assessment records.

  • Provide well-written professional psychological reports with precise diagnoses and recommendations.

  • Provide vehicle and insurance, two iPads for administering assessments, a telephone, a computer, and other necessary accessories.

  • Collaborate with other professionals to support clients' mental health needs.

  • Offer consultations, as required.

  • Stay informed on best practices in psychology.

  • Uphold professional and ethical standards in all aspects of practice.
     

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology.

  • Registered as a Psychologist in Alberta.

  • Valid liability insurance.

  • Strong expertise in psychological assessments and evidence-based interventions.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

  • Pay: $125.00-$150.00 per hour

  • Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
     

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Weekends as needed

  • Work Location: Hybrid remote in Calgary, AB T2E 7T8
